This page relates to the Support for the software Forecheck.
If you have questions concerning the order process, please visit the Customer Care Center of Share-it. Share-it is the official vendor and reseller of Forecheck. We cannot answer questions concerning your order since it has been processed through Share-it. You can also login to your Share-it account to get more information about the order.
If you have obtained a license through another company, please contact them for questions concerning your order.
For questions concerning your license and license key: You received an email after your order with the license information and the license key. The license management is processed by the platform Verikeys. You can login to your account at Verikeys and get more information about your license, the ordered product, the number of licenses and the license term. If you have lost your license key, we can send you the license key again; however, for this you will have to pay an additional fee.
If you have questions about the software and its functions, be sure that you first read all of the information in the Help file. We cannot answer questions concerning Forecheck and its functions on the phone. Please fill out the contact form and send it to us. We will be happy to help you.
Of course, if you have ideas, comments or a feature request, you can also send us a note. We already have a huge feature list for Forecheck, but maybe you have a brilliant new idea for Forecheck!
